All production takes place in our own production facility in Cuxhaven with our own professional and compatible staff. Our production specializes in cutting loins, fillets, portions and tails. These products are delivered fresh to our customers who are distributed throughout Europe. In addition, we use everything possible from the fish, which is converted into B products. Furthermore we do all of our main products frozen as well, in different kind of packing material, such as chain pack, IVP, IQF, bulk and so.
